Advancement Services is a key partner in building enduring relationships with donors, alumni, government officials and our constituents to promote advocacy and support for UCLA. This internal service group coordinates and performs vital administrative, financial and technology services for all of our External Affairs departments and a staff of close to 500 employees — supporting the operations of Development, Alumni Affairs and Government and Community Relations. Advancement Services provides oversight and management of UCLA External Affairs’ $85M annual budget and UCLA’s donor and alumni database.
The UCLA Foundation manages $4 billion in assets in over 7,000 funds. With an annual average of over 100,000 gift received, our Gift Services, Treasury and Accounting teams provide critical financial management and reporting to support UCLA’s mission.
